Fannie Mae's "Foreclosure Broker" is now trying to pawn off their "problem property" onto an unsuspecting buyer.
Research "Consumer Protection" laws for advertising without disclosure and concealment to defraud prospective buyers.
Any person(s) attempting further illegal TRESPASS upon my PROPERTY RIGHTS are hereby NOTICED.

It has come to my attention that my home has been fraudulently listed for sale multiple times on your website by Carol Reinwald & Julian Taylor at Goldtree Realty.

My home is NOT FOR SALE!
I am in possession of the only valid deed to MY private residential real property.
You do NOT have lawful authority to sell my property, and neither does Carol Reinwald at Goldtree Realty.
Carol is well aware that the title is in dispute and that Fannie Mae doesn’t have federal authority to take title to my home, let alone sell it.
Auction.com LLC is registered with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission and incorporated in the state of Delaware. And in 2013, your agent, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., filed a "Form D" on your company’s behalf with the SEC claiming a federal exemption under Regulation D, Rule 506, which restricts your operations to dealing in “covered securities”.

Your company is NOT authorized under Rule 506 to engage in listing or selling ‘fixed private residential real property’ located within the metes & bounds of the several states.
Charges for your felonious activity would include “grand theft of real property” “unlawful conversion” “securities fraud” “aiding and abetting armed evictions under the threat of bodily injury”, “banking fraud”, to name a few.
You are currently in collusion with Goldtree Realty to commit bank fraud & grand theft of real property in an attempt at pecuniary gain.
I DEMAND that you remove the aforementioned auction listing IMMEDIATELY.
Failure to do so leaves your corporate officers - Jason Allnutt CEO, Richard Santiago CFO, and Ali Haralson, President - and your auctioneer Lee Leslie (License #: 471.001565) in a legally indefensible position.
If you want to avoid racking up even more damage charges than you already have coming, you need to remove ALL sale & auction listings of my home IMMEDIATELY!
Ads for the auction you’re conducting on www.Auction.com are also found on other real estate websites. They need to come down too.
